2. CDC Search for Yellow Fever Vaccination Clinics in the USA
On the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) website, click on a map of the United States for yellow fever vaccination clinics near you.
Also check the CDC Yellow Book. Although it is meant primarily for health care providers, it's a useful source of information about health risks for travelers that everyone can benefit from. It is updated every two years. In chapters 4 and 5, you can find some relevant information about yellow fever and its incidence in Brazil.
3. Agência Nacional de Vigilância Sanitária (Anvisa)
Information about yellow fever from Brazil's National Health Surveillance Agency. On their page, you will find a link to a list of Anvisa Vaccination Rooms located at Brazilian ports and airports, where travelers can get both free yellow fever vaccines and an International Certificate of Vaccination (ICV). Other Brazilian public health clinicis offer certificates that are valid only in Brazil and must be taken to Anvisa so an ICV can be issued.
The page also features a link to a list of countries and Brazilian cities in endemic yellow fever areas. That list has been updated by a 2006 Resolution. See the Cives website (below) for current updates.

Cives is the Information Center for Travelers' Health at the Medicine Department of Federal University of Rio de Janeiro. Their website is updated regularly. The chart on this page has links to all the cities in each Brazilian state where yellow fever is endemic. Click on the name of each state for the list.
States that are not hyperlinks and which are marked with an asterisk are the ones where every city, including the capital, is whithin the endemic yellow fever area.
