Imagawayaki

Time for dessert. This booth is the place in São Paulo to buy imagawayaki – a soft pastry filled with sweet azuki bean paste. The filling will be piping hot. The key is taking a very small bite to let out some of the steam and allow it to cool off a little, then enjoying this delight while it's still warm and melting in your mouth.
