Bar da Praia Overview:
Bar da Praia ("Beach Bar") stands for everything that's good about Brazil beachfront dining and entertainment.
The bar on the border of Boa Viagem and Pina opened in October 2008. It serves great seafood - fried shrimp pastel, squid rings, lobster, agulha frita (fried Atlantic needlefish) - and regional treats such as goat sausage.
Caipifrutas, or fruit caipirinhas (which can be made from vodka) are some of the best drinks which can be sipped in the large room with an already famous chandelier made from seashells or on the veranda facing the beach.
Accessibility:
Adapted for travelers with disabilities. There is a ramp and a wheelchair-accessible restroom.
