With 250 rooms located in two-storey bungalows with thatched roofs, Club Med Trancoso overlooks the beautiful Taípe Beach from the top of the cliffs which line Bahia’s Discovery Coast.
Transportation is provided to the beach, where you'll find Club Med parasols, deckchairs, and showers besides a beach bar.
To be strict, Taípe belongs to Arraial d’Ajuda. Make arrangements with Club Med for rides to Trancoso. The walk to Trancoso along the beach (low tide only) is long - at least one hour - but beautiful.
The resort has several pools and two restaurants, of which Le Lua is open for dinner only. There’s also a main bar, a nightclub and a beach bar.
