Beach water quality reports for Natal and other Rio Grande do Norte beaches are available online from Programa Água Viva. However, information for some of the beaches might not be updated frequently.

Natal and Rio Grande do Norte beaches are generally clean. Reports usually show good water quality along most of the state coastline.

  • A beach will be Própria (adequate) or Imprópria (inadequate).

Underneath the box to the right, you'll see the date when the most recent samples were collected (Última atualização). Dates ares shown Brazilian style (DD/MM/YYYY).
