36th Rolex Ilhabela Sailing Week

Tomorrow is the last day of Rolex Ilhabela Sailing Week, one of the most important sailing events in South America. This year, some of the highlights have been the success of the Grael family - veteran Torben, wife Andrea and son Marco - in their respective categories and a strong presence of women, including Fernanda Oliveira and Isabel Swan, Brazilian bronze medalists in the Beijing Olympic Games in 2008.

Winter is a great time to visit Ilhabela, despite some occasional rains. Today, the temperature has hovered around 66 degrees Fahrenheit.
